A perplexing loss, a baffling series of coaching decisions

A little more than 24 hours later, Joe Mazzulla’s unfortunate lineup decisions still have me somewhere between bemused and infuriated. Bemused because – let’s face it – Mazzulla’s the only coach weird enough to throw not one, not two, but three separate darts at the board with the season on the line. Infuriated because, there’s a reason he’s the only coach weird enough to pull a desperation stunt in the season’s pivotal hour. And at home, no less.
